Michael Dell
My first job out of college was at Bain & Company, which had been working with a very young CEO named Micheal Dell. He was in his 20s but had the maturity to think long term and ask for help. He eventually convinced Kevin Rollins (as well as a number of other people from Bain) to join Dell full time.
